Who we are
This policy explains how FINANCIAL CONSULTANT ONLINE COMPANY ("Financial Consultant Online Company", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information about you when you visit our website, fill in our forms, message us, or use our services.

Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, email address, mobile number and mailing address.
- Messages you send us by text, email, website chat, Facebook Messenger or Instagram.
- Your answers on our forms and booking pages, and any files you choose to upload.
- Basic technical information when you visit our pages: browser type, pages viewed, and the website or ad that sent you (through a first-party cookie).
- If you are a tax preparation client: the information needed to prepare your return. Under federal law (Internal Revenue Code section 7216) we use it only to prepare your return and never for marketing without your separate written consent.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and provide the services you ask for.
- To send the messages you agreed to receive (see Text messages below).
- To keep appointments, send reminders and keep your account up to date.
- To understand which of our ads and pages work, using our own records.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Text messages (SMS)
If you agree to receive texts from Financial Consultant Online Company, we send replies to your questions, appointment reminders and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time; after STOP you get one confirmation and no more texts until you reply START.
We use your mobile number to send appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions and service inquiries, and updates about your own account with us.
Agreeing to texts is optional and is never a condition of buying or using our services. By opting into our SMS services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. We collect your mobile number and a record of your consent (when and where you gave it) only to run this text program.
Facebook and Instagram (Meta) data
When you message our Facebook Page or Instagram account, comment on our posts, or send us a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta gives us your message, your public name and an ID that only works for our Page, plus the answers on the lead form. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up on your request. It is never given to anyone else for their own use or used to build profiles.
Our system connects to Meta through these permissions, each used only for the purpose shown:
- pages_show_list: See the list of Pages you manage
- pages_manage_metadata: Subscribe the Page to webhooks (leads, messages)
- pages_read_engagement: Read Page posts and engagement
- read_insights: Read Page insights (followers, reach, engagement)
- leads_retrieval: Fetch the answers from lead forms
- pages_manage_ads: Read which ad a lead came from
- ads_management: Read lead form answers with their ad details (Meta lists it for lead retrieval)
- pages_messaging: Receive and answer Messenger messages
- pages_manage_posts: Publish posts to the Page
- instagram_basic: See the Instagram account linked to the Page
- instagram_content_publish: Publish to Instagram
- instagram_manage_insights: Read Instagram insights
- instagram_manage_messages: Receive and answer Instagram direct messages
- pages_read_user_content: Read the comments people leave on the Page's posts
- pages_manage_engagement: Reply to, hide and delete comments on the Page
- instagram_manage_comments: Read, reply to, hide and delete Instagram comments
- ads_read: Read ad spend and results
- business_management: Access assets owned through Business Manager

How long we keep information
We keep your information while you are a client or while we are answering your request, and then only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. Tax preparation records are kept for at least three years after the return is filed, as federal law requires, even if you ask us to delete your other information. A record that you opted out of texts is kept so we never text you again by mistake.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including SSL (HTTPS) encryption for every form you submit on our website. Sensitive details are encrypted in our database, every staff account uses two-step sign-in, and we record who opens client records. No system is perfect, so we also limit what we collect.
Your choices and deleting your data
- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access, correction or deletion: contact us at 901tucker@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Children
Our services and text program are for adults 18 and older. Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we publish the new version here with its effective date. We keep every earlier version.
