Agreement
These terms apply when you use the website, forms, client portal and text program of FINANCIAL CONSULTANT ONLINE COMPANY ("Financial Consultant Online Company", "we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms.

Our services
We describe our services on our website and in any agreement we sign with you. Decisions made by third parties, such as government agencies, banks or lenders, are theirs and not ours, and we do not promise any particular result.
SMS messaging program
Program name: Financial Consultant Online Company Text Messages.
The program is designed to ensure optimal customer support: it sends service updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies to your service-related inquiries.
- What you get: replies to your questions, appointment reminders and account updates.
- How to join: tick the optional box on one of our forms or on our text sign-up page, or text us first. After the sign-up page we send one text asking you to reply YES to confirm; nothing more is sent until you do. Agreeing is never a condition of purchase.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 (470) 764-7139. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Reply START to join again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us at 901tucker@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program. You must be 18 or older and the account holder (or have the account holder's permission) for the mobile number you enter.

Your account
If we give you access to our client portal, keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse our website or forms: no false information, no one else's details without permission, no attempts to break in or overload our systems.
Limits of liability
Our website and messages are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of GA.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version and its effective date are published here, and we keep every earlier version.
